I went down with the Flu about a fortnight ago.

Felt really rough, couldn't sleep at night, but was so drained I ended up napping during the day.

Completely screwed with my body clock - and I suffer Insomnia anyway.

Started to feel a lot better at the start of last week.

Just taking a while for the last of the catarrh to clear up now.
