Can it really make any difference to a man pleasure-wise to have a woman kneeling while giving oral??

I always wonder this, I have a knee condition which means I can't kneel down, it's too painful. Generally I sit on the edge of something if they wanna stand in front of me. (Bed, sofa, chair etc). Never had any complaints yet, if he's willing to fall out with you over it then let him jog on.
