Over the last few days while away from home I have been told that my indepenant drive is one of my biggest strengths, I think of it has one of my biggest weaknesses has I rarely ask for help & usually just do not do things rather than ask for help. It something I am working on.

So spill the beans what is your greatest strength and also your weakness

Biggest strength/weakness . Staying true to who I am as a person and not going down to others to fit in .. Is a strength I have after years of letting people get away with all sorts of crap I will now stand my ground .. come hell or high water . lol Weakness is my family I will do what ever to keep them happy ... and at times that cost me 1000s . lol
