There was a time, not many weeks ago, when you could safely get up early on a Sunday morning for a daring photoshoot, with only the occasional car-boot sale to worry about.

Suddenly you set the alarm and it's still dark outside.

And by the time it's light, Omg the roundabout is busy.

Oh, and the wife's complaining that at 4°C, that new metal statue is f-ing cold!

Still, Good Morning Chesterfield!

I love Autumnal mornings, sucking crisp fresh cold air deep in your lungs, definitely the best part of the day

But yeah, probably not ideal for daring photoshoots, I'll give you that!

Ty. We wanted to be the first to put our stamp on the new sculpture, but hadn't quite appreciated just how busy it would be!

That statue was not only a waste of money, but a complete eyesore to boot. Horns bridge is always busy at the best of times.....now it's silly

Quarter of a million pounds. I think we managed to improve it, I wonder where we send our bill?

I know nothing about it or the place but I think the statue looks lovely, I like that kind of art and I think the Op has only enhanced it with their picture
