I find a pillow over the face is a perfect cure. Just hold it there for 10 minutes and bob's your uncle, youll soon be back to sleep

Almost this. She got up for a pee I woke up not tired now, bless her little lady snores.

We went townhouse last night and been on nights this week so body clocks tits up.
