We're members of the Sunday Times Wine Club and since we joined 2 years ago (just when Siren fell pregnant and couldn't drink for 9 months - clever ain't I hehehe) - we haven't been disappointed with any a single bottle they've sent us.

The latest case is exceptional as it contained two bottles of Finca Libertad Pinot Noir 2009 - which is absolutely delicious. Strong flavoured but not heavy on the palate, it is ghreat on it's own or with any mushroom-based dish, chicken or game birds.

I'm off to launch myself into it and and watch X-men: Wolverine.

(prob keep one eye open on here though as I'm in a chatty mood)

This fookin wine is very strong.

Note to Sunday Times: Don't be afraid of quoting me, I won't sue.

I'm not sure if my eyes are tired or my brain has lost the ability to communicate with them.
