what is considered an abusive club review

we welcome honest reviews good and bad but what are the rules regarding personal name calling of staff members. 'old hag' and 'gobshite' are a bit extreme and hurtful. Does that come under abusive?

I would definitely consider those words hurtful, unnecessary - and abusive.
