Wondered if anyone else on this site suffers from CFS/ME? I've had mine 8 years and it has got worse.

As it's a chronic condition it does have it's peaks and troughs. I'd say a lot will affect it, from stress, general activity, weather (hot to cold environments), diet, sleep, being able to rest and correct medication. Apparently acupuncture can work - though has varying results, massage, hydrotherapy as well as decent vitamin supplements to keep your immune system decent.
