I've heard that if I hang from the door frame for a few hours a night for 3 months, gravity will have naturally stretched me about 2-3 inches taller.

Anyone else have and growing tips?

Try getting a job as a striker and signing for Barcelona.

They'll pump you so full of growth hormone "ala Messi" that you'll not only grow a bit- You'll go on to be the best striker in the world with that same world at your feet... so to speak

Don't be so hard on yourself. We all have something we would like to change, but we just have to monopolize on what we have. I am 6.2 and stand out in a crowd like a fookin lighthouse. Believe me I which I was not as tall. Some people find it intimidating.

5'7 isn't that short to be honest. I've had some excellent times with men a lot shorter, although they did need a step ladder for doggie.

Concentrate on your pluses, not your (perceived) minuses.

You may grow slightly due to decompressing your spine like astronauts do however the hours you spend on the ground in between will squash you a lot faster lol

Agree totally with the sentiment.

A good friend mine is 5'3 and had enough humour and charisma that he never lacked in the female department. He's now engaged to a woman bigger than him. Very pretty as well.

Just for the record people, this thread was in light humour for this glorious Friday morning. I don't have any hang ups or actually depressed about my height. And I definitely don't lack any female attention, except for on this site haha

Your 5.7 that's not short under 5.3 is .. I think your normal a lot of men are 5.7 and 5.8 normal.
