went out to feed the chickens etc and my little turkey drummer has dies during the night

but twizzler and burger are both doing ok

he was 10 weeks old...been looking a bit peeky for a few days, but these things happen.

The ninja kitten was not involved....lol.

It was a rare breed of turkey, and is the first year the breeding programme had shown any results, so the loss is a bit of a blow. Never mind, these things happen.

Maddy, my mad turkey is sitting on a dozen eggs just now, so whatever hatches there will be a dinner for someone at xmas so there's always a bright side

ahhhh that is sad Stu - i know it was 'just a bird' but when you put that much effort int breeding and raising something it is hard to see it die
