For me unless there was a medical issue the thought of a guy using Viagra or anything else for that matter to keep an erection is a real confidence issue. I would much rather have sex with a guy whose head is in it than one who's cock is the only thing in it.

You don't understand Viagra then.

Viagra isn't a instant erection, they still need to be feeling, hot, horny and aroused for it to work.

There are other pills that do have a more long lasting instant effect so maybe your getting confused with them?

Personally I have no issues with the usage if that's what they need to help them out, would rather have a raging hard cock than a floppy one!

If guys use it just so they can go on and on and on then no. I like a fuck as much as the next person but I also like a happy ending before I get too sore to continue or have round two.

But if a guy has to use it to avoid floppyness and is still able to get to the vinegar strokes in a decent amount of time then fine.
