Newcastle and Gateshead

Right... Back in East london for a few days... Drive down was memorable for a not good reason.... On the m11 and about 50 yards behind me I see a car accident in the rear view mirror

Frantically rang 999 (thanks Siri) and gave them as many details as I could

Car swerve it looked like into the central reservation and tipped... Thankfully looking online it seems like they had a trailer on that is what tipped... But it shook me up

I swear if I was an alcohol drinker then I would... But becks blue it is...

So have anyone else been in a shunt or a close one?... I think I tootle at 60 the rest of the way

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I haven't been in a motorway accident.

Last summer I had someone go into the side of my car on a roundabout.

The only other accident was when a police van reversed into me when we were both stationary at traffic lights. They then told ME to go to the side of the road, took a breath test and made me produce my documents at the station the next day. I don't know what their chief superintendent said to them but he wasn't best pleased at the earache I gave him.

so many nuts that seem unable to drive atm. All ages, all races, all car types. It's not like indication was even meant for corners - brake lights are enough!!

My family was in a car accident when I was 2. Head to head collision (he was drinking and on the wrong side of the road, speeding). Left my mother in a coma for a year and now permanently brain damaged. He received three points and a £50 fine as he was an MP.

Don't bloody drink and drive!

I collided with a free moving wheel at 65mph in December 2012. At the time I was really blaze about what had happened, it was only when I got to my mum's with the car on the back of a lorry did I realise quite how close things had been. The motorway police reviewed the cctv and concluded that my driving saved my life... It was not something I would wish on my worst enemy.
