Southampron

I like the looks of some of them but I still have that niggle in the back of my head saying 'build quality' and 'electrics'. Of course they may well not be as bad as they used to be.

This is however coming from someone who owned a French car for some time but after I'd lubed up all electrical connections with silicone grease it never missed a beat!

My best mate has three and swears by them. I think there are better cars around for the same money.

Only had them as company cars. Fabulous to drive but I spent an awful lot of time riding in the cab of a tow truck being dragged home Own a Seat and although I've never been dragged home on a tow truck (yet), it's been close a couple of times! (bloody DPFs!!).

I get the impression that they are better for Italian style than comfort or reliability. But that is just from reviews. I know nothing about cars. I am not a petrolhead. I just like a car that drives well, has no reliability issues and has some nice toys, including parking sensors and sat nav. I admit to being a crap man.

Been thinking about a V6 Spider for a while.

I bought a 2.8 Z3 but still keep thinking about the Alfa.

Buy one from someone in the Alfa club and you'll be ok.

As Evie says, where's Mr Who, he's a bit of an authority on Alfa's
