All drivers have had one at some point. It makes me sick having to pay them, I am very careful when driving unfortunately I was in London a few weeks ago and stopped in a loading bay.

Not had one in about 7 years it's £55 if I pay it in 2 weeks or £110 within a month. WTF last time I got one it was £25 rising to £50.

I have clicked on the link they have 4 photos and CCTV footage

I can't even try and appeal it

Bad luck. Sometimes when you are in an unfamiliar town you are that busy trying to work out where you are that you can miss signs and even obvious things.

Google maps Street view! Have a look on there! A few years ago, I pulled up in the road at the side of Victoria Coach station. The previous month there was a cash machine, this time it had been changed to pay by text. A parking enforcment officer was quickly on the scene and I asked him how I paid if I didn`t have a mobile phone and he directed be to the road out the front of the station where cash machines were so I moved the car there and paid. Imagine my rage when I got a ticket a few days later! I appealed but it was refused but they will allow you to appeal if you`re willing to appear in court which I agreed to do! The case got dropped as they would have to have paid my expenses to get to London if they lost! So, appeal and appeal again! What have you got to lose?

why cant you appeal it? If there is no appeal procedure it is illegal
