I would .. (Not that I've answered your question of course)

If they've left the curtains open then there's 2 ways of looking at it :

1) fill your boots and enjoy - it's their fault (maybe they WANT to be seen?)

2) be chivalrous and discreetly look away to protect their privacy and modesty.
