Same here, fields behind the house with all the flying bugs from them and the beach to the side of the house with the attending sand flies each time the tide is out. It's a bugger leaving a window open.

I saw a great little toy in Maplin the other day... a little battery powered tennis bat which you can whack flying insects with to kill them!

try beaded curtains on open doors, they seem to work, and it's great entertainment watching the dog chase and snap at fresh air

we just have an old bottle with alittle neat orange squash in the bottom, the flies cant resist going in then cant get out, free and it works

am infested with bloody wasps here.....in garage, by the oil tank, in one of my chicken houses, and in the hedges....fecking nests everywhere

once they hassle me....that's it...they'll be history
