Everytime I have a cold it's always worse at night!

During the day I feel groggy but am not the rampant snot producing machine I am at night

I feel sorry for my friend who is going to be sharing a poky twin room in a caravan with me for the next three nights

CHESTER

Can be temp dropping.. I find when in a more relaxed position its worse especially full lying down! Bowl of hot water with olbas oil in and vicks on chest should help with congestion x
