Their new phone has had a software update... and now they cant make calls.

Oh, and dont put them in your pocket, because the chassis is weak and they bend.

Other than that, they are a perfect mobile phone

I think you can make calls, you just can't get into them to make a call.

Because apple have better build quality and the best after service care. Nobody ever bothers to comment when the other manufacturers screw up
