Did it as a teenager in a job before uni. Had a knob of a supervisor who I had endured for months. Eventually went fuck it and told him what I thought of him. We had a raging row and without knowing everyone else in the department was listening. The big boss walked in to ask if everything was ok to which supervisor said "I can handle it". Boss left at which point I said "the only thing you can handle is your cock and I doubt you can do that properly!",to roars of laughter from everyone on the other side of the door. It remains the line I am most proud of to this day. I got bought a few beers that night as people had been dying to say it to him but had been too scared.
