Mouthful of cheek I just had for refusing to buy a young lad 14ish cigs at the local shop.

When is it appropriate to smack a kid?

1. If it's in his own best interest.

2. Never.

3. If no one is looking.

4. Just for being cheeky.

Most are going to say, you should never smack . In my mind that's most of the problem of today's horrible brats
