We have the worst Anti Social Beahviour record in Europe according to recent Studies, watching the News and listening to the Radio it does look pretty grim over here

we criminalise more behaviour in more ways than many of our european counterparts which certainly helps us top that table .

The stats for Anti-Social Behaviour is drawn from the amount of ASBO's handed out, and that's a system that has been proven to be flawed as many criminals now see an Asbo as a 'badge of honour'.

and subsequent custody rates have soared as these are breached and end up with a hugely ineffective and expensive custodial sentence. We've increased our custody of young people by over 500% in the last ten years or so, so its no surprise we're high in any stats
