Richard Branson has stated that all employees should be able to take unlimited leave. Apparently it is already in place within his company.

I'm thinking of suggesting this idea at our next company meeting only I fear that the answer will end in a big OFF!!

My former employers have you ten days extra leave in the year you'd been there ten years. You could also take a 12 month sabbatical and still come back to your former role. You had to have good reason for the sabbatical - like helping in a charity abroad etc but I had friends that used it really well.

To be fair I've got a pretty big A/L entitlement...however I know some who just have the 20 days. Fair play to RB for the policy but I don't think its something that will work across the board..
