Get up and wash the kitchen floor. Go back to bed and promise yourself you'll do it again if you're still awake in 1 hours time.

Have a wank. As you go back to sleep promise yourself you'll have another if you're still awake in an hour.

Eventually you will collapse into a deep sleep.

Right paving slab bed lights out

1/Lay on back

2/Lights out

3/Paving slab above head arms slightly bent

4/ wait for arm muscles to fail.

Result=Sleep
