As some of you will be aware, over the past 2 years, I've been trying to lose weight and have from time to time recorded my achievements in the forums. Sorry in advance if I've been boring you, but here goes my next major achievement!

Today I had some spare time in between meetings. I had to pop into a supermarket to pick up some bribes for my client.

Whilst in the well known shop I decided to try some jeans on, and yes I've finally done it. I've m anaged to get into a size 38 waist!

I cannot tell you how happy I am. To put it into context, it's been over 15 years since I was able to do that. At my very biggest I was 46 inch waist and tipping the scales at 24 stone ( pre fabs). I have now managed to get under 18 stone, and my next goal is 17 stone.

Nice one letsbe, and from what I've read on here you've done it through good old healthy eating slow and steady not some crazy fad diet and so it should stay off and like you say you can keep going!

Big thumbs up to you both!
