Shel started at 21. Had a break in between of around 5 years and started again at 30- feel much better about it this time around, feel more like I'm in control

Paul was 39 when we had our first MFF and then had a break and started again recently at 45

I wish there were sites like this when I was young I just think it would have been great to have been on here when I had youth and a good body on my side, I had loads more confidence when I was young and i think I would have had a far better time

Saint started at 31 and Sinner at 40 and think they are good ages to start. Have met a couple who are 21 though and are very mature about it all, seems to suit them very well.

Any age is a good age to enjoy the lifestyle, it's the mental attitude and the maturity of the individual that's more relevant.

I have known teenage girl's who were more mature than some guys in their late 20s
