How do you quit? Is it sex addiction and attention and everything related to it? I find balance with fab is hard to maintain I get addicted then hate... Wonder if I should focus on real life ... Then I think why deny the easy fun and banter? Anyone else struggle - I just can't hit delete lol x

I can't relate im afraid. Although I haven't really been doing it that long to really say how I feel about it. It's easy to say I don't depend on this place for fun but I might feel different without it

Neither do I , I have a whole life without it but it's demanding on here too and hard not to get sucked in x

Just don't log on, hide your profile. If you return, un hide your profile if you like, if you don't return - well, it makes no difference.
