early night or a lay in?

So you're pooped which are you?

Me personally I am an early night can't do lay ins awake at 5:30 come rain or shine weekend or holiday.

Jools can easily do both and has the ability to sleep for England if needs be.

Early night. Always end up at stupid o'clock so no point in trying to have a lie in for me

No matter what time i go to.bed my body only needs 4 or 5 hours sleep.. So frustrating

Isn't it?

Bloody silly body clock.

Can be dog tired yet when it decides that it's time to wake up that's it.

I tend to nap at weekends to make up for it.
