I have a blue screan on my computer.

I have uploaded a pic of the message I get in my pics I have only put this as public as this is not a look at me post.

So all you computer techi girls and guys please help

It is not showing at the moment but a blue screen is a blue screen.

very difficult to offer advise remotely - try searching for 'blue screen of death' - you will probably need to run diagnostics against your hardware - how IT handy are you? Good luck

done the reboot loads still happens tried most things with the f keys

the only way i can get it to start is when i get the blue screen do backspace deleat together then tab f1 f10 esc then start windows normally

It is a blue screen of death having something to do with IEEE 1394 fire wire so.e of your device drivers may be corrupted (mr) Google is your friend

Probably need to do factory reset for make and model. Type make and model into Google and factory reset.

The exe file could be a number of things.
