No worries here, I used to worry until I was sick but I've conquered it and rarely worry about anything unless its big and I have no control over it

If there was an easy way to lose it I want to lose a stone and never find it again....

Mainly work.

I know that when the time comes the big corporation will just let me go without a second thought so why do I worry and work over weekends etc?

Health and happiness much more important yet I still get the work / home balance wrong.

Black&White Utopia

Really try not to worry these days... If i can change something i do , if not all the weepy n wailing in the world wont change things. All that wasted energy

Used ta worry bout loads... Then stuff in life makes ya take stock of all... And all those silly things we can all worry about seem so trivial in comparison

We sure do live n learn!

I can worry my life away but have chosen not to. There are things I can change and things I cannot. So...I will focus on what I can change and disregard the rest.

98% of what we worry about is done all in vain.

Worrying is like a rocking chair, it gets you nowhere.

epic my ethos totally . Do your best . . Realise that you are you. . If you don't think you are good . . Work on it. . When you realise you are the best you can be . . Accept that and the rest of the world will do the same
