Google loughborough train station then click on the national rail link. There is a map showing a ten min walking distance. It's just beyond that.

Its a trek, good 20 min walk. There's a bus direct from the station but not sure where it goes anymore as the town centre itself has just been padestrianised.

See my post above, I grew up in l'boro and my parents still live there. The station is right on the outskirts. Quite a walk.

Its 20 min walk for most people, there are busses but they seem to be a bit random at the moment and i have no idea where they drop you off now, the bus services are all over the place at the moment due to the town centre being made pedestrian only (except for delivery vehicles !)

I have to ask ....why on earth do you want to come to Loughborough ? lol

Yes, get on bus 1, Red 9 or Sprint from bus stop R or T

ues Metroline to plan the route, if you have the post code of where your going it will tell you how far from the station the TC is

because my son lives there and I was going to surprise him for his birthday dependant on what time he finishes work
