Simples. Tell the Scots they cant vote on anything that only involves England and Wales. In return we will keep pumping money across Hadrians Wall to keep them in free prescriptions and deep fried Mars Bars

I think you'll find Hadrians wall is in Newcastle some 60 miles from the Scottish border and we get naff all money pumped up here, if anything we get the worst deal (I class the whole North not just Newcastle) of anywhere in the UK as we are too far away to care about.
