Just want to see what everyone's opinions are on younger people like myself on this site, I think we get judged to quickly for a number of reasons in my opinion

Its not always the age but the maturity. I wouldn't play with someone your age but if I met you in a club I'd be happy not chat.

People have age preferences but I don't think that's judging

You never know, if someone gets chatting to you and you are mature in outlook they might overlook the actual age.

I've recently lowered my age range and its amazing how 25 year olds can vary in their levels of maturity

I dont tend too meet guys around my age tho. Mainly cus guys my agw iv chatted to seem to have been huge wankers (pardon the pun!) But its all down to personal preference

Guess what...other people also have age ranges. The majority of people on the site are 40+ and have kids your age or older. That's the main reason many would not consider you....but some will if you are realistic in your outlook and expectations so good luck.

Personally I have met and played with people on this sit from 66 down to 19 ( the daughter of a friend I met from the site) so personally I would be fine with your age...it's just your gender fir me lol!

Have you an age limit to who you would meet?

Maybe the best option is to concentrate on the people who do meet younger people rather than the ones who don't

I have had some mixed conversations with younger people, some come across as cocky and demanding others as quite polite. All it takes is chatting to a few of the cocky people, ones to destroy it for the rest.

Age for us is not a problem, however attitude is. We have spoken to many people on here and in clubs, both young and old and we have come across both good and bad in all age groups however when chatting to the younger people we have, we have experience overly aggressive, needy and very dull people who believe they have a right to what they want and we have to live up to their expectations.

Now I must stress this is not every younger person but a good perportion of the ones we have had contact with.

It's the nature of the beast: when people are using an Internet profile to decide who they'd like to meet they use a very arbitrary set of preferences. Especially the women on this site who have a lot of choice.

We only have so much time to meet so we will flick through going "too young, too old, too tall, too short, dodgy taste in pants, toilet in view, sounds like a knob, doesn't sound like anything cos he's not written anything, too eager with his phone number kik and BBM on his profile, not eager enough, too negative, his status is aggressive, no pics, too many cock pics, uses text speak, sounds far too formal..."

I could go on. Age is just one of those choices. Unfortunately the majority of swingers are around a generation older than you and many have children around your age. Which means that unless it's a specific preference many won't feel comfortable with that age difference.

If it's any consolation I turn down anyone old enough to be my parent too.

My opinion... hope you have lots of fun. There are lots of people that would meet you. Also lots wouldn't. That could be due to age or many different things. Some people don't like gym types, bi guys, etc.

We all have different tastes in people sexually and otherwise. Just stick with those right for you and others don't matter as long as we all have respect for each other. I like young, some don and this is sometimes due to similarity to their kids. There's room for all.

Your profile says you are after people your own age or slightly older than you, I would say most who think you are to young or judge you on your age will be the ones quite a bit older and seeing as they aren't what your looking for why do you care what they think?

We all have our own preferences.

My preference is meeting with folks within 15 years of my age (55 yesterday

) although the majority have been with guys younger than myself. I would never arrange to meet a guy 18 - 40. However, despite my preferences, there have been times during my Fab life when I have played with guys a hell of a lot younger than me in clubs or at parties. I think this is because it's much easier to believe that the age difference doesn't prevent sexual attraction when you're actually face to face with someone. If I feel comfortable (and sexually excited) then age is not an issue to me. Preferences are just that... (definition of preference - a greater liking for one alternative over another or others).... but not necessarily carved in stone, lol

I'm not age-ist, I've gone a few years either way. But I have to admit my preference tends towards younger women. Not exclusively, just, seems to be where I tend to look these days.

I was told one time at a social "you should be out at clubs getting laid, not here" cos they thought I was in my early 20s. I told them I was in my 30s & the response was "that's ok then"

There is a judgmental attitude about younger people on here among some - I said SOME before anyone jumps on me - which, as someone straddling (hehehe straddling) the middle ground between the younger & older members I can't get on board with. If they're having fun, let them.

Strangely it is for me, I have met some really nice young guys at clubs/social who i have liked and gotten on with well but I just cant have sex with them as it makes me feel like some sad old woman and I just cant get that feeling out of my head, age matters a lot to me, not for friendship or people I talk to, I get on with all ages, but when it comes to sex that block just comes up

Fab, or any internet based contact site, isn't a fair, even playing field. It's not somewhere where equal rights rule, you are entitled to anything or there are rules dictating that all are given the same opportunities.

There are things you can't control.

Age, gender, couple/single status, location, ethnicity, sexuality, the body you currently possess, your personal preferences, interests and tastes.

Nor can you control any of the above in others.

Some will be of interest to you - you will be of interest to some.

The only thing you can control is the way you portray yourself and how you interact, both virtually and in real life should you find yourself face to face.

Young, old, fat, thin, average, stunning - we are all entitled to nothing and if by joining up anyone feels they are, then disappointment is likely to follow.

Concentrate on what you can influence. Not what you can't.

My personal preference is for younger men. I find them to be good fun, very adventurous and knowledgable sexually. I haven't met anyone as young as the OP from Fab. but when I was in my 30s my Bf was 19. He was very mature and sensible. He knew actually what he wanted in life. Having said that those I've met in their early 20s do either tend to get a little overexcited or too nervous. I have a joint profile with a very lovely young man aged 26.
