"I bought it of a so called garage called 'lily motors', two asian lads selling out of their house. Everything about it felt dodgy but i was a 21 year old buying his first BMW. I was completely blinded like an idiot by the whole dream of owning one looked so tidy inside and out. Been on the phone to citizens advice, getting a garage to assess it fully, going through the warranty to get it fixed if its worth fixing, otherwise im demanding a full refund including the service and tax i paid for it. I have the sale of goods act 1979 to back me up if they try to wash their hands of me. The bastards won't be getting away with this and i want to stop then doing this to anyone else too! " Good luck I hope you get sorted

"Hello R.J., does no one fix their own cars any more? Alec" I do. Just don't trust garages! Then again, if he's bought it from a dealer, it should be covered by a warranty. Personally, if I'd bought a car from a dealer and it blew the head gasket the following day, the dealer would be getting the car back permanently!!
