Well they are full of sugar and butter. However some of the ingredients you can put in muffins such as super seeds gojo berries etc make them healthier.

At the end of the day they are healthier than a donut but more fattening than a flapjack. And a flapjack again is full of sugar but contains slow release carbs.

I know, how does a fat bird know about nutrition?! I have done a nutrition course and Paul is a wellness coach part time. I know what to do but it's putting it in practice
