It was a dark cold night

And the mist was filling the valley as it rolled down over the heather clad hills of exmoor .........

There was a snuffling from outside my sleeping compartment as the Beast worked out the best way to break into the tent .........

Then..... With a flash of its ferocious sharp white teeth it ripped through the fabric and burst into the tent with a scream!!!!!!!!

Well a snuffle really ...... Turns out the beast of exmoor is really a mouse ...... A n angry one mind you

I like the ten days or so with just me in the middle of nowhere .... No people ..... No noise ..... No phones ....... No nothing ....... Just time to kick back, chill out, recharge the old batteries and get ready to face the world for a bit longer

Glamped in India ..... Tents should not have marble floors and ensuite shower rooms
