I miss my thigh gap! I had a lovely one until I started playing rugby and my legs bulked up!

But a good protein diet (not that kind mucky heads) and lots of squats, lunges and running is working towards it (only want a little teeny one nothing massive as i know its a bit thing to go for)

Definitely! I want the natural one I had back but I would never ever go for one I never had.. Theres an eating disorder clinic near me and some of the girls are so perilously thin I just want to hug them and tell they are beautiful whatever they eat!
