Long Week

Does anyone else think that this has been a long week ?

I'm sure that somehow, someone's managed to slip an extra couple of days into the week, it feels like it should be Sunday now

could be....maybe old father time's budget has been slashed too along with everything else.....he now on part time hours so can't keep up

I have the opposite problem i go to sleep and when i wake a month or two has passed seems like that anyway xx

The weeks always seem to drag, especially in the summer months! Obviously, the days are 'longer' & also, you spend most of the time at work thinking - 'It's far too nice to be here, I wish I were sitting in a beer garden somewhere!' or, is that just me???

As for daytime tv - DREADFUL!...

Funny a collesgue and I were just having this same conversation...this week seems never ending!!

Good weekend planned though, going to Bournemouth on Sunday with my ex husband and our daughters!!

Not often our girls are all in the country at the same time, so looking forward to that!!

actually this week for me seems to have flown by... but thats because i actually worked the weekend so it always throws me off when i have the day off in the week....

anyway looking forward to a weekend off... the heat is beginning to get to me again....

Friends think it's odd my ex husband and I get together, and even stranger that our girls 18, 22 and 27 hang out with us.

Stranger still it would've been our 29th wedding anniversary...suppose we are a little bit odd!!

Going off thread, oops sorry OP, My parents seperated when I was 16.

Until the day my father died when I was 41 all I wanted to do was have a meal with both of my parents, preferably Christmas dinner, it never happened.

Your daughters are lucky to have parents that can spend time with each other
