"Sainsbury's are bringing Netto's back to the UK...... UK supermarket chain Sainsbury's is to take on discount rivals Aldi and Lidl by entering into a joint venture with Danish discount grocery chain Netto. The joint venture will see the launch of 15 Netto stores by the end of 2015. Both Netto and Sainsbury's will invest £12.5m in the venture. The first store will open in the north of England later this year." I thought it was ASDA that bought them out.

I use to love the burger sauce they had ... Was superb " I dont know if it's still there but there's one in Bootle Strand that never went away. It just advertises burgers for about £5 and its customer base is purely pensioners stopping in to cach their breath and have a cup of tea. To be honest, I'm not even sure they actually store burgers or if it's just a front for something else. I might go in and ask and see if they shit one and run out the back!
