Sorry I didn't make that clear. I was referring to the alcohol one? I've only found the smoking one and obviously the idea is to quit smoking. Just haven't heard about the giving up alcohol.

Without me prying too much can I ask what the issue is... because without the help of McMillan when my mum passed away I don't think I would be anywhere near where I am now... even now I can talk to one of their specialist councilors...
