I did but the last 2 times I tried to do a long run I could barely do 3k

Parkrun yesterday has made me feel a bit better as I ran it all but this is twice as long lol

You've come a very long way to get to this step(s).

Some days you may just seem incapable of doing very much, but don't let that bother you. A little is better than none at all

All the training you have done will come good on the day, there will be plenty of butterflies for you, but that nervous excitement of stepping to to the line, and the adrenaline will see you through.

One you've crossed that finish line you'll be wondering exactly how quickly it all seemed, and what all the fuss was about
