Ive got flat pillows and im waking up with back pain.. had my pillows for ages now.

Even though ive just got a new bed n mattress my head isnt at the right height.

Anyone else fussy on stuff like this?

I use the bounce back type nice and firm and change them every year

I've just bought new ones. I got the long double pillow and also the corner v shaped one. Sleep like a baby since using them.

Was looking at them the other day.. im forever turning mine over, re plumping them or folding them in half to build more height
