Cheeseville, Somerset

There's a new UK quality of living capital - Cardiff leaps above last years winner, Bristol.

"The Welsh city of Cardiff has been named the best place to live in the UK, according to a range of economic and social indicators."

As someone who's visited both a lot - I like them both. Good shopping, bars and restaurants, nice hotels and both have good nightlifes and entertainment on offer!

Only one thing lacking really.

A decent swingers club in each city !

I mean - think of all the local opportunities to provide endless minted lamb burgers!

Bristol

They are both lovely, but decent eating out in Cardiff is practically non-existent, whereas in Bristol it's amazing.

So Bristol wins.

Newcastle and Gateshead

awww but cardiff has the best "walkabout" ever.... try the kangaroo burger and the crocadile steaks....

oh and on a friday and saturday night... women in skirts short enough to rival women in newcastle....

oh and the cardiff socials aren't bad either!!!!
