When I first joined I used the userid - or variation of it that i've used elsewhere - from the point of view that it's easier than trying to remember countless logon credentials.

Then, one day, I got a message from a lady who pointed out that a lot of users here use innuendo in their names and it got me thinking.

I didn't come up with the name immediately, but over, probably the following week or so, I couldn't help noticing that every time I came on fab I seemed to be sporting a rock hard erection.

Probably exaggerating a little, but it certainly seemed that way.

And, Bingo!

PermanentStiffie was born

I was moody cow which I got from a pair of pjs I was wearing when I re joined. After Ryan did his ninja mind games on me and I changed it to fuckmeryan not realising I would have to keep it for a week someone pinched mine thinking he was clever. I then asked the forum to come up with a new name which was moodymoo bse. Ryan then did his mind tricks again and I got the cfw instead of bse.

Greensburg

I wrote a fantasy role playing game in my twenties called Mad God's World. It was like Dungeons and Dragons, only better. The Mad God is just another term for the Dungeon Master. My kids and friends still play it to this day.

It originally comes from a book I read in my youth by Tanith Lee called Tales from the Flat Earth: the Lords of Darkness. In it was a character named Chuz, the Prince of Madness, who always stood out in my memory.

Pretty awesome it is used prominently in the Elder Scroll games as well, but it was my online name long before that.

Yes....I am aware of my nerdiness. I'm very ok with it. Lol.

I was - for about a week - part of a couple called Peter and Paula ( as in the two little dickie birds? - well nearly!)

When that v brief partnership ended I called myself Paula all Alone - thinking it would make it obvious to men that i'm single - along with putting 'now operating as a single girl!' under my name. I STILL got messages to my 'husband' asking if they could 'give the wife one!' - amazing!!

Bored with name now - need to change it! Any suggestions? - other than 'The Waffler!' ?
