Sorry ladies.

My boss insisted I buy flat black all enclosed shoes for working in, apparently my fetching green ones just are not the things to wear, unfortunately they are the only flat shoes I possess.

Just as well schuh delivers pretty quickly, so a pair of red or dead toggle flats are on their way.

Oh the shame of it all, I hang my head ladies.

If he is insisting you wear a certain style of shoe I assume he is paying.

I thought the green shoes rather fetching against the black of my uniform, but alas, individuality of dress is not to be encouraged.

There really should be a law against total conformity.

aww hunny! time to change jobs!!

I love the fact that i can work in my heels and would cry if they insisted on flats!

love it even more that i work in a male dominant environment, always works if you go into negotiations wearing stockings, not that they can tell....just makes a woman feel more powerful

This is only my second week in the job, so I'm playing by the rules, everything else about it is okay... plus they can't see what risque undies I am wearing!

I would die if I had to wear flat shoes . I love my heels and if I've got an important meeting I will always wear stockings and some high heels....I love knowing that I'm wearing them but no-one else knowing

me too! Joke lol no CD here!

We get it too my boss insist on full suit, shirt & tie even though polititians on tv don't need to he insists. In this heat I end up sweating like a cat in a Korean deli

I'm still reeling from the shock of it all and the hyperventilating waiting with bated breath for them to arrive.
