Going to the dentist has never been a bother to me, always had decent dentists.

I went yesterday and because it was a check up, there were no nerves...

Think when go back for root canal treatment.. Its going to be a very very different story

I went yesterday as i had toothache all weekend.. Nerves have died under a back molar which was giving me the pain..Had to have old filling drilled out a temporary one put in, then go back next week to see if tooth can be saved or does it have to be taken out... I used to hate going to the dentist, but my one now is excellent and puts you at ease.. I think the dentist is the important thing and having trust in what they are doing... I am sure some of my dentists in the past have done work that was not necessary.....

No problem going to dentist now but I hated it as a kid. Anaesthetics and tools are so much better nowadays.
