Good luck mate, don't be tempted to keep up with those who sprint off cos they get caught up in the atmosphere of it all, you'll pass those about 2 miles in when they are walking and out of breath!!!!

Good luck, eat loads of carbs tonight and not much tomorrow morning, don't drink too much too pre race. Pace yourself and I'm sure the thought of the massages promised above will encourage you to finish

Good luck Luke. I'm sure you'll be fine. I took a bath within hours of finishing mine and it worked wonders.

Lucy definitely get some oil. Evie got me some great stuff for after boxing.
