Well tomorrow is the day I go for my colonscopy....and now I have to drink this vaguely orange tasting salty liquid

Then spend 2 hours on the lav

I have weighed myself and will do again after the second batch of minging liquid, might prove to be a Peter Kaye diet....14 stone in a day
