find out how much interest there is - find a place - try and agree a date - thats the obvious stuff - ive never organised one - i know people put a lot of effort into lists and invites and such - god bless them -

pick a pub/venue/house, get advertising on here and inviting people!! Plan to invite 30-40% more than you have room for to cover no-shows
