Just out of curiosity, what do you ladies think?

Is a guy who can play guitar sexy?

Is the Electric Guitar more sexy than the Acoustic?

Is someone who can play guitar solos more sexy than someone who just plays Rhythm? (Mind you, there's a lot to be said for Rhythm

)

Should I post more pictures on my profile of me playing with my instrument?

Absolutely.

Should be about the person and not how much money they have, what car they drive, how big their..... house is etc.

Totally agree with all that.

I guess where I was aiming for with this was to delve a little into the female mind (dangerous I know, lol) to find out a little more about what being a talented musician / guitar player etc says to you about the person and their personality.

For example, I've tried to express some of my personality in my profile, while not giving away every detail about me, I would hope the way that it is written gives an insight to my sense of humour etc.

Pretty sure I don't fall into that category though.

But then, as they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Some may consider me sexy, while others may not.

Either way, I still love playing with my Axe

Might go and have a quick play now.

The sign of a good drummer is whether they can make everyone else sound good... no matter how crap they are. I once turned up to a gig, filling in for a missing drummer, and discovered, to my dismay, that neither the bass player nor the lead guitarist had any sense of timing. Normally the other musicians in a band try and listen out for the drums and keep in time with them. Therefore I tried creating a really simple pattern for them to follow... but no matter how much I tried stamping myself on the music they just kept wandering off. After a couple of numbers I realised... if you can't beat em join em... and so I spent the rest of the gig listening intently to whatever they were doing and following that instead... ouch!

Gave me a headache... but it enabled them to sound good and, whilst I was packing up my kit, drag all the impressed ladies off to the bar..AGGHHHHH

A few men I had more than once played the guitar. I didn't know that before we had sex and it wouldn't have made a difference. It is nice though when they stand naked in the room playing acoustic for you. Even better if they can sing in tune

Oddly enough a lot of my partners/ex's have been guitarists.

It's not something I actively look for but have found a guy who knows how to use a plectrum tends to have good finger skills
