I've done downstairs, done one load of washing got another lot in. Just got upstairs to do.

two days off - plans were to do the garden but its pissing down - so far i have got out of bed to make a coffee- neck my meds so in half an hour or so i can move pain freeish and back in bed - this could be as good as it gets today

Shower, wash the bedding then at 11 off to see the nurse for some new treatment for my diabetes. When I return bedding in the tumble dryer ironing finally put the bedding back on the bed.

well my morning was quite pleasant - just happened to flick on redtube
